The Gentex dynamic microphone 3M Peltor is a waterproof gooseneck microphone. It is very flexible and comes with a windbreak.
It was explicitly for shooters (shooting sport) and the military, especially the Navy, developed.

Note: It can be mounted on Peltor headsets, where the connection of a dynamic microphone is possible.
